Michael C. Flynn, General Deputy General Counsel from U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development. Mr. Flynn will focus on federal responses to the perceived mortgage crisis. Mr. Flynn
will discuss HUD’s new proposed RESPA rule and other proposed federal initiatives. Since February 2007, Mr. Flynn has been
the General Deputy General Counsel of HUD in Washington, DC. Prior to that time he was Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel
at World Savings Bank in Oakland, California and General Litigation Counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Co. in Chicago, Illinois
