TOPIC: Cuomo v. Clearing House Association: The Supreme Court Rewrites the Rules for Banking Preemption
The Supreme Court's recent decision in Cuomo v. Clearing House has written, or rewritten, the rules for preemption of enforcement actions by the States. Our speakers Kevin M. Fong and Rosie Oda of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP, will focus on the impact of this landmark decision, including:
